Tangible assets
In 2024, SSH realised EUR 0.2 million of inflows from the management of tangible assets. As the 2024 plans were prepared on the assumption that the carve-out of the real estate business would not take place, the inflows of D.S.U. from this source are also reported here. These amounted to EUR 3.9 million and, together with those of SSH, totalled EUR 4.1 million, which was below the plan of EUR 8.7 million. The deviation is mainly due to sale processes that did not conclude with a sale, as the expected conditions were not met.
